02 · Terms
Everything buyers usually ring up to ask
Payment
- From stock — 100 % against invoice, dispatch on the day of payment
- On order — 30 % prepayment on signing, 70 % on arrival at our warehouse, before dispatch
- Regular customers get deferred payment of up to 30 days from their third batch
- Bank transfer with 22 % VAT, VAT invoice
Price and exchange rate
- A quotation fixes the rouble price for 5 working days
- Once the prepayment is made the price holds, even if the rate moves
- Calculated at the Central Bank rate on the day of the quotation (currently 84 ₽/$)
- An annual contract fixes the price for the season
Lead times
- From the Moscow Region warehouse: 1–2 days
- On order: 40–50 days from prepayment to our warehouse
- Production 15–20 days, sea freight and customs 20–25
- Peak season (August to October) — plan 10 days earlier
Quality
- Date of manufacture (DOT) no older than 6 months from stock, 3 on order
- Photo report of loading at the port
- Manufacturing defects — replacement or a refund against a report
- We hold a replacement reserve at the warehouse

- VAT invoice with 22 % VAT
- Copy of the customs declaration, TR CU 018/2011 certificate
- GOST R 51893-2024 certificate (PAH)
- Chestny Znak codes handed over through EDI

03 · Container loading
How many tyres fit into a 40HQ
A 40HQ container: 12.03 × 2.35 × 2.70 m, 76 m³, up to 26 t. Tyres run out of volume long before they run out of weight — which is why the price per tyre depends above all on the size. The figures below are for standard stacking; with herringbone stacking some factories fit 10–20 % more.
